Being
Elory Rozner is the founder and principal of Uncommon Classrooms.
Elory began her career teaching English in the United States and Israel. After leaving the formal classroom, she held a range of management, R&D, and instructional positions at the Museum of Science and Industry, Encyclopædia Britannica, and Cognitive Arts (now NIIT).
Elory earned a master’s degree in Technology, Innovation, and Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a bachelor’s degree in English Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is most proud of graduating from the Evanston Citizen Fire Academy.
Elory is Co-Chair of the Advisory Board for the Chicago Children’s Museum and a member of the Camp Echo Advisory Board. For more than a decade, she served on the Board of Directors of the Harvard Club of Chicago.
